With the revolutionary breakthrough of artificial intelligence and the rapid development of technologies such as sensors, chips, and wireless communications, wearable device technology is becoming more mature and its application scenarios are becoming more extensive. At a time when medical care is changing and people's health awareness and entertainment needs are growing, the wearable device industry is experiencing a blowout growth.
Silicone rubber has become one of the ideal wearable materials due to its skin-friendly, non-allergenic, soft, easy to process, and comfortable properties. However, traditional pressure-sensitive adhesives are difficult to meet the requirements of low surface energy properties and high adhesion in wearable devices. Based on this difficulty, Maitu has recently developed the HP30/HA20 high-peel overall solution, which can be used for the application of pressure-sensitive tapes on film or fabric substrates, especially for scenes that require high bonding strength and bonding of different low-surface energy materials such as silicone rubber and silicone foam. The system formula can also be flexibly formulated based on the different bonding performance requirements of customers, and has good moisture resistance, weather resistance (ozone and direct sunlight), chemical resistance (acid, alkali, oil) and other advantages.
