pH value control: The pH value of the impregnation or padding liquid should be controlled at 5.5~6, which is conducive to improving the softness, drape and elasticity of the fabric.

If amino silicone oil microemulsion is used for too long, it may cause roller sticking. Cleaning should be strengthened. A specific cleaning agent (such as TX-10 or leveling agent OP) can be used to dissolve it in hot water and then scrub the roller.

Equipment and tools should be cleaned in time after use to avoid residues affecting subsequent production.
