1. Characteristics of raw rubber
This product is insoluble in water but soluble in toluene, etc. It has the excellent characteristics of small compression deformation and resistance to saturated vapor pressure. In the fields of automobiles and aerospace, electricians, medium and high-voltage power technology, building construction, machinery and equipment manufacturing, etc., it can be used to manufacture high and low temperature resistant sealing materials and waterproof and moisture-proof insulation materials. And because of its physiological inertia, it can produce consumer goods, food industry, etc.

3. Quality of raw rubber
The use of silicone rubber raw rubber with different structures will directly affect the performance of the final product. However, for methyl vinyl raw rubber, the vinyl content and distribution will also affect the physical and mechanical properties and vulcanization characteristics of the vulcanized rubber to a great extent.
(1) Vinyl content
Produced with pure D4 as raw material, the vinyl content is accurate and the content fluctuations between different batches are small and negligible. Suitable vinyl content products can be selected according to the different hardness, tear strength, etc. of different products. There are vinyl contents from 0.03% to 3.0% to choose from.
(2)Vinyl position and distribution
For raw rubber made with D4 as raw material, the vinyl raw rubber on the side chains is more evenly distributed, thereby increasing the cross-linking density and making the product rebound better.
(3) Volatile content
High-purity raw rubber has a dry feel, low volatile content, and fewer small molecules. Therefore, it has less odor, better anti-yellowing performance, and is easier to pass rigorous tests, such as olive oil testing, and the products produced have low shrinkage.
(4)Molecular weight distribution uniformity
Raw rubber with good fluidity is easy to disperse when diluted, because the molar mass of the molecules is evenly distributed. Uneven raw rubber can easily clump into lumps when diluted.
