Amino silicone oil can achieve multifunctional applications through molecular structure modification. High-viscosity, low-ammonia-value amino silicone oils (e.g., viscosity > 3000 mPa·s) can form a tough film on the fabric surface, improving wrinkle resistance and increasing the elastic recovery angle of polyester suit fabrics by 25°-35°. Hongqi amino silicone oils, modified with monoisocyanate, solve the problem of yellowing common in traditional products. Wool blend fabrics treated with this oil show a whiteness decrease of <3% after 120 hours of light exposure, while also imparting antistatic properties and reducing dust adsorption. Furthermore, polyether-modified amino silicone oils can improve the hydrophilicity of fabrics, increasing the moisture absorption rate of sports fabrics by 40%, making them suitable for outdoor clothing.

III. Process Compatibility: Covering All Types of Textile Processing
Amino silicone oils are adaptable to different fibers and process requirements. For heavy fabrics, high-viscosity products can enhance penetration and film thickness; for fine denier fibers, microemulsions with a particle size <100nm can uniformly cover the fiber surface, improving fabric gloss. In continuous padding processes, amino silicone oil emulsions maintain stability for over 6 months, ensuring consistent quality in large-scale production. Its compatibility further expands its application boundaries. When combined with epoxy silicone oil, it can enhance the tear resistance of fabrics, and when combined with smoothing agents, it can improve the fullness and feel of silk fabrics.
