Description:
ECOSOFT IOTA C803 is a medium to low viscosity diamino functionalized poly dimethyl siloxane, specially developed for formulation to emulsions for textile softening and textile resin plasticizing.

Applications:
IOTA ECOSOFT IOTA C803 is designed for use as a base fluid for formulation of amino silicone emulsions, specifically to be used as textile softeners and lubricants. In application to textiles the product typically yields:
Smooth soft hand feelings,
Good drape characteristics,
Low yellowing,
Increased fabric elasticity and crease recovery,
Improved fabric tensile and tear strength.
Typical used as softeners of Cellulose and synthetic woven, knitted and non-woven fabrics, also used as lubricant for Napping and sanding.

Formulation and process:
ECOSOFT IOTA C803:20%
Acetic acid: 0.32%-0.38%
Alcohol tridencyl C13 (EO) 6: 10%
KOH, 1N:1.74%
Deionized water: to 100%

Process：
Load water, acetic acid, surfactants, stir well, Stir during 30min, Add slowly the oil during approx. 30mins with stirting, Stir during 1hour, Filtration. 

Packaging:
ECOSOFT IOTA C803 is available in 200kg plastics drums on pallet of 800kg.

Storage and shelf life:
When stored in its original unopened packaging at a temperature 2℃~30℃, ECOSOFT IOTA C803 may be stored for up to 12 months from its date of manufacture (expiry date). Comply with the storage instructions and expiry date marked on the packaging.
