Used as a surface treatment agent for fabrics, leather, paper, etc.
Fluorosilicone oil is often used for waterproof and anti-fouling finishing of fabrics, leather, etc. and has oil repellency and solvent repellency. Generally speaking, alkyl chains containing 8-10 perfluorinated carbon atoms can achieve the maximum water and oil repellency effect. For fluorinated silicone polymers with the same number of carbon atoms, the water and oil repellency of straight chains is more effective than that of branched chains.
1. Fluorosilicone oil containing heptafluoroisopropoxypropyl (or ethyl) side chains, its unique T-shaped fluorine-containing structure gives the product a good fluorine shielding effect, which can be used for fabric finishing to greatly improve the water and oil repellency and antifouling properties of fabrics;
2. Fluorosilicone oil prepared with mercaptosilicone oil and fluorine-containing monomers (such as fluoroacrylates) can improve the oil repellency of textiles, especially fiber products;
3. Fluorosilicone oil obtained by reacting allyl siloxane with fluorine-containing mercaptan at 100℃-105℃ in the presence of AIBN is used for cotton fabrics Finishing, the finished fabric still has good waterproof and oil-repellent effect after dry cleaning and wet cleaning;

7. Solvent-based products made of olefin-containing fluorosilicone oil as the base polymer can be used as stripping agents. It has good adhesion to various substrates (paper, plastic film);
8. Mix fluorosilicone oil, amino silicone oil, epoxy silicone oil, polyether silicone oil, cationic/nonionic mixed surfactant and deionized water at 56℃-60℃ and stir for 3h-5h to make an oil agent. It is used in the production process of carbon fiber drawing. The oil agent forms a uniform film on the surface of the monofilament, which can prevent adhesion and doubling between monofilaments and prevent friction and wear between the fiber surface and the roller during the production process. It has excellent smoothness, antistatic, bundling and self-emulsification.
