Used as a coating additive

The fluorosilicone oil coating has the properties of high temperature resistance, hydrophobicity, oil repellency, solvent resistance and weather resistance. It is used in antifouling coatings for marine ships, and its performance is better than that of self-polishing coatings of organic silicon, providing a new way to develop non-toxic antifouling coatings for ship bottoms; it is used in protective coatings for solar energy devices in desert areas, and can give full play to its advantages of low surface energy and self-cleaning effect; due to its low friction of film formation, it is used as lubricating and protective coatings for magnetic recording media and some optical instruments and equipment, such as lens protective coatings for cameras and cameras.

The coating prepared by fluorosilicone oil containing terminal hydroxyl groups, small molecule siloxane, nano-silica, decabromodiphenylethane, etc. has excellent flame retardancy, solvent resistance, oil resistance, high and low temperature resistance and good self-cleaning properties. The coating surface is smoother, can be formed into a film once, and can be used for a long time, with a service life of more than 20 years. The product obtained by copolymerizing (meth) acrylic acid fluorinated esters, alkenyl alkoxy organic silanes, and olefin monomers is developed into a water-based coating containing fluorinated silicon copolymers, which has excellent adhesion to various substrates, and its coating film has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and durability.
