Used as defoamer

Since the surface tension of fluorocarbon silicone oil, especially long-chain perfluoroalkyl silicone oil, is lower than that of other silicone oils, the defoamer prepared from it is more effective in reducing the surface tension of various foaming systems, and the effect is better than other silicone oil defoamers. Both homopolymeric and copolymeric fluorocarbon silicone oils can be used as defoamers. Fluorosilicone oil defoamers can be used in petroleum, textile, synthetic rubber and resin industries, coatings and ink industries, food processing and fermentation industries, and medical applications.
