Fluorosilicone Grease, Fluorosilicone Paste Fluorocarbon silicone oil can be used as base oil, and fluorosilicone grease and fluorosilicone paste can be prepared by adding thickeners, stabilizers and modifying additives. When trifluoropropyl silicone oil is used as grease base oil, the boundary lubricity of steel-steel can be significantly improved. It can be used alone or mixed with dimethyl silicone oil or methylphenyl silicone oil. Its lubricity is significantly better than chlorophenyl silicone oil, and even better than mineral oil grease under high load. Thickeners can be divided into lithium soap series (fluorosilicone grease) or white carbon black, silicone resin (fluorosilicone paste) according to product form. The crude product obtained by mixing base oil, thickener and modifying additive must be moved to a three-roll mill for further grinding to obtain a uniform fluorosilicone grease or fluorosilicone paste without coarse particle thickener or modifying additive.
Fluorosilicone grease is suitable for -70～252 ℃, and can be used for lubrication of high-speed, heavy-load bearings in contact with chemical reagents, lubrication and sealing of valves in contact with corrosive compounds, etc. Fluorosilicone paste can be used as high vacuum silicone paste, and can be used for lubrication and sealing of parts in contact with benzene solvents.

Fluorosilicone release agent
Fluorosilicone oil can also be used to prepare release agents. It has good anti-stickiness and lubricity, does not corrode molds, is non-toxic and safe, and can be used in molding, pouring, encapsulation and coating processes. Emulsion or solvent-free products made of fluorosilicone oil-based polymers can be used as paper release agents and have very unique properties.
